For more than two decades I have worked in the field of education as an Assistant Superintendent, Director, Principal, K-12 Instructional Leader, and instructor at the elementary, secondary and graduate level. My expertise is developing leaders through custom professional development, coaching, and mentoring, while ensuring curriculum, instruction, and assessment meets the needs of all learners.
When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, paddling, visiting museums, or reading. My favorite weekend activity is enjoying time with my wife, three kids, and dog. I completed my Doctorate in Education researching the Influence of Student Engagement, Moods and Completed Assignments on Differentiated Homework in Normalized Gains and Growth in Reading Literature using iPads. This past year my family relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina from Long Island, New York.
